As of June 2025, Some projects ( buildings and homes ) have been launched to the public, and investors. While the overall master plan is expected to be completed around 2027 - 2030 ( full completion ), and due to the high demand of the market, we are launching a new project in the city center almost every month. Some of the residential complexes are operational, including apartments and villas, along with several major amenities, an international school, and various retail and dining outlets.
